Latitude Aviation is proud to bring to market N17ES, which is a rare and very low time 1985 Beechcraft 58P. N17ES is owned by a BT member (and several owners prior were BT members as well). N17ES is based at Essex County Airport in Fairfield, NJ (which is just outside NYC).

As many people know, the 1984 and 1985 58P's carry a pricing premium over the earlier 58P's due to the fact they have the newer style throttle and yoke configuration coupled with the fact that they only built 55 of these in 1984 and 1985 (and there are actually fewer than 55 operating here in the US due to the fact that some are based outside of the US and some have been destroyed in accidents/incidents). N17ES is one of those 55 58P's and what makes it even more valuable is the fact that it has only 2376 total hours and no known damage history. It has also been thoughtfully and heavily upgraded with recent paint and interior work along with a recent panel upgrade.

While the engines have 1419 and 1146 hours respectively, they are both doing incredibly well with no signs of any issues. The propellers have 228 hours since overhaul.

The panel on N17ES is incredible with a GFC 600 autopilot, G500 PFD/MFD, dual 750Xi's, GI 275 standby PFD, GWX 70 radar, GDL 69A XM receiver, GTX 345 transponder (and GTX 330ES transponder as well), and a GMA 35 audio panel. It has other panel features as well such a LEMO headset jacks, 406mhz ELT, and USB plugs.

N17ES has other upgrades such as spoilers, vortex generators, LED lights, SRS aluminum elevators and engine pre-heaters.

The paint and interior were done in 2015 by KD Aviation and Executive Interiors respectively. Both are outstanding shops in their field.

Lastly, the maintenance pedigree of this plane is incredible with the most recent annual inspections having been performed by C&W Aero Services in NJ, Atlantic Beechcraft Services in FL, and Master Aviation in CT. All 3 facilities are highly-experienced and well-respected experts in Beechcraft maintenance.

I have pasted the spec sheet below which has a Dropbox link that will take you to the high resolution photo gallery, logbooks, 337's, and some other documents. I have also attached a number of photos to this post as well. Please contact me anytime to discuss this incredible low time turn-key 58P Baron!

Are you sure it's a G500 and not a G600? I thought G600s were required for over 6000lbs gross weight.

The 58P is approved for a G500 installation, even though the MTOW is greater than 6,000 lbs. See the AML for STC SA02015SE-D.

Hi Jon,

The AML for STC SA02153LA-D was updated on 11/6/2015 to allow the G500 to be installed on the 58P and 58TC. On page 2 of the attached AML it says:

"Corrected error that restricted Beechcraft models 58P, 58PA, 58TC, and 58TCA to G600 installations only. These aircraft models are approved for both G500 and G600 installations."

You beat me to it Izzy! I was typing my response when you submitted yours. Interestingly the G500 is approved under both SA02015SE-D as well as SA02153LA-D. Thank you for chiming in!
