All logs since new.
Recent paint (2019 I think)
good interior.

This airplane had the firewall wrinkled in 2020.
The shop replaced the firewall, the structure behind the firewall the floor, the seat rails and added modern firewall reinforcements. This repair has just been completed.
I have not yet had the airplane returned to me. Its done, all that remains is a test flight.

I've taken a bunch of pictures, alas the airplane has not actually been returned to me so the interior is really dirty from being a hanger queen for 3.5years so I'll share more pictures when I can clean it up.

AOPA Vref has a value from $145K to $160K depending on how I score paint and interior.
This does not have any addition for new windscreen or long range tanks etc...

I'm going to offer it for sale here on beach talk and locally. If it does not sell in a few months I'll probably take it to a broker.

The airplane is at KMYF. I'll have many more pictures when its returned to me and I have a chance to clean things.

I'll deliver to any location in the U.S. for my costs. (gas, food, lodging, airfare etc..)

I'll quote a price of 155K firm.
