It’s been a hard decision to make but it is time to let this traveling machine become someone else’s magic carpet! I’ve flown this wonderful Bonanza for the last almost 13 years and 1100+ hours.

1968 Bonanza 36 N69CJ
Serial #: E-15 TT 5662.5 (actively flying)
BT price: $228k
D’Shannon 15 gal tip tanks – 110 gal capacity total
D’Shannon Genesis IO-550B with 573 TSOH (2015)
McCauley 406-C Prop TSOH 308 (2018)
BAE 3pt harness in front seats
Replaced wimpy SkyTek starter with big honking Hartzell OEM starter & new starter adaptor (2022)
Surefly ignition and New Horizons (Maggie) harness (2023)
Bindex 1200 mag O/H 2023
D’Shannon baffle kit
SkyOx 6 place O2 with cannulas
Leather seats with “Big B” (2015)
Garmin 430WAAS
Garmin SL30
Garmin MX-20
Garmin GTX 327 modified for ADSB out
PS Engineering 7000B 6 place intercom with dual music inputs
JPI 700 w/oil temp
KFC-200
Rozen sun visors
Main cabin door steward
New Eagle fuel cells (2018 – L / 2020 – R)
Gear motor O/H in 2020
For the vintage lovers the original window curtains are still in the airplane as well as the ash trays (but no smoke smell)
Excellent PlaneCover with Tail #
Cowling plugs with Tail #
No Damage history - full logs since 1968

Useful Load 1421 Empty CG 79.66

This has been an amazing traveling machine for our family. Since moving to Idaho we are flying it less and less (and the Super Cub more and more) – especially for “Bonanza type flying”. IMO, it’s a waste to continue to use this beast for breakfast runs that are 35 mins away. As with every airplane, it has it’s warts and it has it’s beauty. The bad on this airplane is the paint (5/10), the carpet and the history of some engine issues when the engine was fairly new. The annual is coming up in April and there are a few things on the sqwawk list that will be addressed at the annual or as part of a pre-buy if we get there first; nothing earth shattering, just normal mx items but I’m trying to be as up front about the airplane as I can be.

CFII owned, can provide transition training and possibly delivery. Aircraft based at KEUL – Caldwell, ID (west Boise)

That was a big selling point for me because those yellow FD bars are very similar to the FD in the airplane I have most of my time in (F-15C). (that's the only thing that's similar :D)

 I kinda wondered if that was more "military", than putting the delta in the vee with the King flight director.

I hope your sale goes smoothly, and wish I were in a position to make it so for you! If you'll take that $2 offer from the other thread, I'll do it as-is, where is!!!!!! Bloody generous, really.........

A bump to the top before I list it to the masses (T-A-P, Barnstormers, etc) I'd really like it to go to a BT/"Beechcraft person" but hey... maybe it'll make a new owner into a Beechcraft person.

I do have log books scanned in if anyone that is thinking about it wants to take a look at them - PM me an email address and I'll share all that with you.

That last pic is a keeper.

I love flying these model 36s before they got chunky. Great plane, killer UL!
