Fresh Annual 8/24
1. 4 Seats, 2 main cabin doors and a huge passenger-size baggage door with a 270# baggage compartment…ideal complex trainer!
2. 130 KTS @ 10 GPH
3. Purchased in 2/08 and hangared since: 2R4 Peter Prince (Milton, FL since 10/20) and Sky Park (18FD, 2/08 – 10/20).
4. Airframe: 5363hrs TT 660 hrs SMOH (overhauled in 2011 to include mount, firewall and virtually everything replaced firewall forward).
a. oil changed average every 25 hours (Shell W100 plus Camguard)
b. compression averages mid 70s all cylinders
6. Prop: 3-blade McCauley, 50 hours since prop full overhaul 6/23 to include three new factory McCauley propeller blades.
7. Gear: 265 hours on three sets of new shock disks (donuts) installed by Columbus Aero.
8. Paint 8/10 (mid 1990s) and repainted lower cowling 2/22 after fiberglass repair.
9. Interior 7/10 (around 2005) and recently reupholstered pilot/copilot seat bottoms.
a. The glare shield was replaced awhile back with a "Plane Plastics" unit but is rather thin and flimsy. Few months ago I reinforced it with cardboard/plastic and covered with felt…not the prettiest, but admittedly its very functional and much more solid. To prevent the felt from sagging over the top row of gauges (and contacting the hot gauge night lights!), I clamped the felt to the lip overhang with nylon screws/bolts and works out fine.
10. Avionics: Garmin GNS 480 WAAS (just tuned/serviced to include new internal battery), STEC 30 Autopilot with altitude hold, JPI-700 engine analyzer, JPI FS-450 fuel totalizer, Uavionix AV-30 (new magnetometer recently installed) and AV-20, Garmin 396, ZAON Onyx XRX PCAS unit, Garmin SL-40 Comm, PMA-6000 audio panel, Appareo/Stratus ESG ADS-B OUT transponder paired with Stratus 2 ADS-B IN unit.
a. IFR Cert due 2/25
b. 406 MHz beacon registered 12/23, due 12/25 new battery installed 2/5/24
11. Brand new Concorde RG35AXC battery, installed 7/6/2024.
12. LED landing lights, LED tail beacon.
13. Electric flaps/trim.
14. Canvas aircraft cover, empennage cover, intake plugs, chocks, towbar and many extras.
15. Includes 1 year Beech Aero Club (BAC) Membership (Type Club for the “Baby Beeches: Musketeers, Sport, Sundowner, Sierra, Duchess, Skipper)
a. Has received all of the BAC recommended mods/upgrades. Most annual inspections completed by BAC expert A&Ps and/or maintenance facilities intimately familiar with Sierra peculiarities.
b. Given a once-over pre-sell inspection by a BAC expert A&P 12/23.
16. Fresh oil change 12/23 and will include couple cases of Aeroshell W100 Plus oil and extra Tempest oil filters.
17. Have all maintenance logs, manuals (aircraft, parts list, avionics, etc.) plus all receipts of every item purchased for the airplane.
18. All ADs are in compliance with only a couple minor recurring ADs.
19. Nose gear collapse on 04/83. No residual/noticeable structural damage. Engine rebuilds and prop replacement since then.

Sale transaction will go through Aero-Space Reports Escrow company (sponsored by AOPA) for closing.

I see it's in the classifieds, but did you mention it in the Buying and Selling thread? I mention this because I bought my beautiful (though possibly possessed by demons) 1982 Sierra off the classifieds on BAC, when no one on the forums, including many active seekers, seemed to know it was for sale.

No, but perhaps I will. Good idea and thanks! Have only had a couple passing inquiries from a couple sources. Truthfully have to get a couple avionics issues squared away before I sell it.

Just posted via Buy/Sell...thanks much...don't know why I didn't notice/think of that before!

Guess I'm not trying hard enough...will be quite forlorn when she finally leaves the hangar. Toying with partner(s), but that's a tough one.
