"Float kit" means the airframe has the beef up and attach points for the floats. It doesn't mean it comes with floats.

Without the airframe having the float kit, installing floats would be more difficult and perhaps impractical.

It's not a 650. It's a GNX 375 GPS/Transponder with two GTR 225 coms. Nice cost efficient setup for light IFR capability.
