The best thing I see here is the rear seat delete to make it 4 person plane. No way you could ever put 6 people in a 200 hp airplane. Good luck on sale. Those are roomy comfortable aircraft.

They just need to be really small people I would guess. (kids) I have trouble getting 4 in my Debonair, especially those that exceed the FAA planning guideline of 170#. Not too many of those around anymore I would guess.

Yep, thanks for the encouragement. Roomy cabin and decent 910-915# useful load. Love the two doors. Relatively easy entry/exit. Usually, just myself and one other and I remove the seats.
Comfortable with the wife, dog and plenty room for luggage on cross-countries. Big cargo door is wonderful for loading/offloading. But four guys like me...gotta offload gas and just bring your toothbrush! I've flown plenty of Young Eagle flights with three young kids no problem; but really need to heed density altitude.
Visibility is excellent and pilot sits in front of the wing, so good view downward.
Good complex trainer with average performance, 130kts/10gph.
