Twelve years is the "calendar" limit for overhaul for non-91 ops here Stateside. Part 91 operators can ignore it, much like the TBO hours. Not sure what other countries require, calendar wise.

AFaIK it can't be FIKI with tip tanks. In any case there's a FIKI prohibited placard on the panel.

There is not an option for FIKI with a TKS install on an F33A
