We just have some inflatable footrests, the seats all recline too…. It’s quite the traveling machine. Nobody can believe the legroom in the back when they get in, and with the whole length Douglas tracks you can strap in a cooler etc

Looking at this from a value perspective...

TAS above 200 knots in the flight levels in pressurized comfort while looking at a nicely modernized instrument panel.

All for the same acquisition cost as I've been seeing Cirrus SR20's advertised.

Is it just me or does this aircraft represent a pretty terrific value proposition?

(Not to mention that it's just plain drop dead gorgeous!)

Wishing you best of luck with the sale. Somebody's going to get a true thoroughbred.

Update: Soundex insulation has been installed around all of the windows, machen bleed air rerouting fitting installed so the aircraft is prepped for airconditioning installation, the bleed air re-routing increases heater airflow, and decreases bleed air temperature in the summer.

MEA CULPA. That was me, just wanted to make sure everyone knew this was because of the wife’s desire for turbine power since we fly over the Rockies a lot (some at night). That conversation should’ve happened earlier than I had it.

Absolutely nothing to do with the airplane ….it was as Trey advertises a first rate, well maintained great example of an Aerostar.

Yeah, wives tend to make aviation more expensive due to emotions, not facts. With that said, unless the turbine you are buying is a jet, it won't be much safer than an Aerostar. Sounds like you need a Cessna Mustang :cheers:
