Latitude Aviation is proud to bring to market N36BN, which is a 1977 Beechcraft A36 Bonanza. N36BN is owned by a long-time BeechTalk member and is based in Westhampton Beach, NY at KFOK. This airplane has been owned by the same owner for the past 38 years and 4,234 hours. It is very rare that I am able to represent an aircraft with such a long time lineage with the same owner.
The aircraft has 4,724 total hours and the IO-550 engine has 883 since major overhaul by Bill Cunningham at Powermaster Aircraft Engines. The propeller has 1,791 since overhaul. The engine is in outstanding condition and has D'Shannon baffles, GAMIjectors, and titanium exhaust tubes. The owner took some borescope photos on December 9. Here's a link to those cylinder borescope photos:
https://www.dropbox.com/scl/fo/5pj42jqd ... lao7v&dl=0 The performance of this A36 is incredible with the owner reporting 177 knots TAS at 8,000 feet and WOT/2500 LOP.
The avionics are good and highly functional with its flush-mounted Aspen PFD, Avidyne IFD 540, GTX 345, Flight Stream 210, PMA 450A, and Century III autopilot. It also has a GDL 69 installed but it is currently inoperative due to compatibility issues with the IFD 540.
Other upgrades include co-pilot brakes, LED lights, Door Steward, and much more.
Cosmetically, the aircraft shows well considering that the paint was done in 1999 and the interior is original (albeit with a few upgrades over the years.
I have pasted the spec sheet below and it has a Dropbox link that will take you to the logbooks, photo gallery, 337's, etc. I have also attached a number of photos as well. Please email or call anytime to discuss this wonderful example of a highly-cared for and loved A36. Thank you!
