1710 TTAFE, PROP 50 hours SMOH
Dual Garmin G-5’s, GTN650, GTX 345 Transponder GTC500 Auto Pilot, Garmin 155XL, PS Engineering PMA 8000BT, Mid Continent CH98 digital clock USB charger
Whelen LED Orion 360 Beacon, HID landing Light, Bogart battery Box Mod, Skytec Starter, BAS 4-point inertial real harness, Medico Locks, Door Steward
Recently replaced. Airspeed Indicator, Turn Coordinator, Tachometer, Spark Plugs and Wires, Propeller Overhauled and Balanced, New Motor Mounts, Fresh Annual and IFR Cert.
Plane was purchased as a time builder 5 years ago, and has been flown approximately 500 hours since then. This is a clean low time great running aircraft. Now the negatives, it has damage history in 1982, was repaired with no issues.

If that’s 1710 Total Time Airframe and Engine, that’s the lowest time Cherokee 180 I’ve ever seen! Really a rare example if that’s the case.
