I am a friend of Kurt’s and can attest this is a very nice Baron. I have personally flown it and everything runs great and the airplane flies straight and fast. I helped with some of the restoration work but I have no personal interest in this airplane at all, other than to say it will be a very nice airplane for someone that needs one in this category. Pretty nice avionics package as well! Happy to discuss further if desired.

Your ratings are low. That paint and interior is gorgeous as are the engines. You have taken amazing care of that plane from what I can see.
