I took my T210N off the market during the winter and just relisted it with a lower price. A much lower price of $168,000. The market has really softened plus the engine is TBO + 100.
I think I'm OK because I'm taking the proceeds and buying a 182 (a transition as I fly less and get older). As long as the 182 market also softens, then after tax and sales tax it should still work out.
Anyway, this is a good chance to inexpensively get into a coveted T210N. The engine is strong so fly it for a few years while you plan for a new or rebuilt engine.
