What is wrong with it? Is there an airframe life limit?

Hi Don,
you might already know this, but putting a + in front of the country code is for cell phones. Calling Ireland from a US landline you would dial 00-353-number or maybe 1-00-353-number

Hello Jeff

I did try that. I guess my cell plan does not allow me to dial to Ireland.

I’ll hope to hear from them, or any other contacts in the US with info on this aircraft.

Thank
Don

The NANP (North American Numbering Plan) requires you to dial 011 + Country Code + Phone Number when calling overseas from a US/Canada landline phone. Cellular carriers will accomodate this dialing pattern in addition to their own customized dialing pattern. I'd be surprised if your cell carrier did not permit you to call internationally (unless you specifically blocked this feature) as they just LOVE to charge exorbitant international calling rates. Apologies for thread drift.
