Reluctantly listed due to an opportunity for the owner to get into a cabin class twin. Not a project plane or a beat up trainer; everything works and all squawks have been properly addressed under current ownership. Over $150k in overhaul and upgrade expenses in past 2 years; would take well over asking price and a year of downtime to replicate this aircraft. Full glass panel traveling machine that will run 175KTAS at 17000' on 14.5gph combined or 190KTAS on about 19gph. Current owner is an active MEI who can provide delivery and/or transition training anywhere in the US.

Did I miss the asking price in the listing?

The answer to that is Yes. Don’t know exact dates offhand , but it was awhile ago.

Might want to get that fuel pressure checked.

Logbook is in the hangar but the tail number was familiar. I did some multi training in 07Y probably in the mid to late 90’s. I remember the owner telling my he bought the airplane for something like $60k. Small world.

It’s had some upgrades in the panel since then. Great to see it still out there!

This is my airplane. We just completed a very thorough annual and the plane is all set through November 2024. I've heavily discounted it because I need to either move on from it or keep it forever. Price is now firm and does not include delivery or transition training (both can still be provided for expenses). Send me your email through the TAP contact link for the full log package. Pilots with low total or multi time, or who want to get their multi rating in the aircraft, are advised to check with an insurance broker first to price the needed coverage.

Wow nice rig! same paint scheme as my 1969 that I sold for a 310…..love the 310 but miss the twinco fuel bill! 16gph is each side now and I’m not going much faster. Someone needs to buy this twinco!
