N427BB has 4316 total time and a 771 hour engine that was overhauled by Bill Cunningham at Powermaster Aircraft Engines. The engine has been upgraded with the Tornado Alley Whirlwind II turbonormalizer system. The propeller is a Hartzell Super Scimitar with 771 hours since factory new.
The panel is loaded with an Aspen Pro Max PFD, 530W GPS/Nav/Com, GNC 355 GPS/Comm, KFC 200 autopilot, LCD standby attitude indicator, Skywatch active traffic, GTX 345 ADS In/Out transponder, Flight Stream 210, WX 500 Stormscope, GMA 340 audio panel, and more.
Other awesome upgrades include TKS (inadvertent), tip tanks, built-in oxygen (although the hydrostatic test is overdue and being sold "as is," B&C standby alternator, VG's, AmSafe inflatable seat belts, flap/gap seals, HID landing light, LED taxi light, and LED beacon.
The paint was redone in 2016 and is in good shape but the interior is original (although very clean for its age).
N427BB does have some damage history - the previous owner experienced an engine failure in 2015 and landed the plane gear-up in a field. He then had highly-respected Beechcraft heavy repair shop Beegles Aircraft Service (Greeley, CO) do all of the repairs. The plane was then completely repainted once the repairs were completed.
