The car is beautiful and probably a blast to drive. But there is no way it weighs 1100 lbs. The gvwr is probably 1100 kilograms, maybe that is where you got that number?

Nope. 1102 lbs. Not sure why you think I am over a thousand pounds off on weight. Either way, here in the US we use lbs and its 1102 lbs.

I don’t think you are a thousand pounds off. Gvwr is different than empty weight. I thought maybe it was a mistake. I am just looking at all the other jps built speedsters out there that are ~1800 lbs empty.

Lightest one I have seen dry was about 1550 lbs. It weighs more than 1100 lbs for sure.
With that said, what trade $ do you place on this car?

I have a few early Porsches and two 356 cars. My Roadster is the lightest at 1950 lbs Speedsters are a little lighter. Metal and lead are heavier than fiberglass most of the time. That is light and must fly with that engine. Mine is a bit built up in hp but not as much as yours. Good luck with the trade. Rick
