Latitude Aviation is proud to bring to market N21CR, which is a 2012 Beechcraft G36 Bonanza that is based in Hollywood, FL at KHWO. N21CR is a "one owner since new" G36 that was delivered from the factory to the owner in Venezuela in 2012. It was imported to the US for the sale process last month.
Throughout its entire life in Venezuela it was maintained by Aviaservice, which is an Beechcraft/Textron Factory Authorized Service Center (and they have been a service center for Beechcraft since 1987). You can learn more about them at their website:
https://aviaservice.com/ N21CR was flown to Fort Lauderdale, FL for the import, which took place at Atlantic Beechcraft Services at KFXE. Bill Ahearn and his team at Atlantic Beechcraft did an incredibly thorough annual inspection and managed the entire import process from beginning to end. While at Atlantic Beechcraft Services they translated the Spanish logbook entries into English and taped the translations over each respective original logbook entry (and this was the best/clearest way that I have ever seen it done).
N21CR has the standard WAAS G1000 system, GTS 820 active traffic, GTX 33ES ADS-B out transponder, and GDL 69A XM weather/radio receiver. It also has factory air conditioning and an electrically-heated propeller.
The plane has vinyl decals for its N-number and this will allow a buyer to easily select their own custom N-number and have it properly painted on the aircraft (and will also need to remove the Venezuelan registration marks on the fuselage and bottom of the wings).
The only "incident" that I am aware of are that the rudder experienced some minor hangar rash in the US prior to the export flight to Venezuela and it was replaced with a factory new rudder at 25 hours total time when the plane arrived in Venezuela. Additionally, there is a small area on the right wingtip where it appears some sort of scratch or rub occurred. There is a good chance that this area can be wet sanded/polished out and if not, a good painter can likely make it look great after a few hours of work.
