Selling my 1960 M35 Bonanza. My wife and I have owned our Bonanza for 24 years and we love her to death. But it is time. We don’t use her like we should and we only have a limited number of years left to fly her. So, she needs a better home.
I have all the most recent logs digitized, specification sheets, and lots of pictures. Biggest selling point beyond how pretty she is, is the new top overhaul <6 hours. I have complete break-in data sheets as well. Complete basic IFR package with ADS-B In and Out. Dual VOR, ILS, DME, MB, and ADF. No IFR GPS but the Garmin Transponder transmits all ADS-B data to my I-Pad for a total picture. STEC-20 single axis autopilot that will track the localizer/VOR course. Independent electric standby attitude indicator. Interior is in great shape with 4-point harnesses in front and hydraulic “Door Steward”. Recently overhauled land gear. Complete maintenance history and books including shop and parts manuals. Just re-weighed her in 2023.
