Price lowered to $89,500

Very nice example of the first year with a factory air stair door. I’ve owned this airplane for almost 9 years. During my ownership I’ve spent a lot of money and time improving it. It has real leather interior that includes couch seating for 3 people, a captain’s chair, and the pilot’s and copilots seats are covered in sheepskin. The paint and interior are 7/10.

Avionics:
Garmin GNS 480
King KY196
Appolo SL 10 audio panel
Sandel 3500 LED moving map and lightening display
STEC 55 Auto Pilot
Garmin remote transponder with ADSB out.

160 to 170 knots 1,800 useful
Total time. Approximately 6800 hours
All logs since new.
Engines:
Lycoming GO 480s. 295 horsepower each
Right engine 800+ hours TSMOH
Left engine 100+ hours TSMOH
McCauley propellers 20+ hours since IRAN
Engine and propeller times are approximates since aircraft is being flown.

$89, 500

Recent improvements include rebuilt gear motor, elevator and rudder removed, stripped and repainted.newly overhauled mags on both engines. Both generators recently rebuilt. I love flying this airplane but I’ve decided to quit flying so I don’t need it anymore.

The airplane is located at Cullman Alabama (KCMD) Sorry for the mediocre pictures. This site is hard to add pictures. If you’re interested and want additional pictures or have questions feel free to call me. Two five six-727-075five.

Just out of curiosity, and some may think I'm nuts for asking, is it possible to remove the couch, and install all captain's chairs(6 total including pilot/copilot) like Brownie has?

4 chairs in back is doable. Front seats are more difficult.
That planes name was Uld Faithful when i owned it.
1000 hours and it never missed a trip.

Fronts are already two individual captain's chairs, aren't they? Or is it the three across? Hard to tell.

Sorry for the late reply but I didn’t get a notice that you had posted a question. The front two seats are individual captains chairs. As Rocky said earlier you can switch the couch for three individual seats. Gregg Cadieux usually has the parts
Ron Gravitt.

Good luck with the sale. Bookmarking in case it's still around at the end of this year once I have my AMEL.

That’s what it looks like with regular seats!

Seems like whoever installed that panel knew weather flying

The 3500 is a great instrument if you understand what all it can display and do
