Attachment: 80EBF20A-65CA-40EE-B99F-72F6599246B3.jpeg TT 3,660 with no damage history , all logs BOTH engines have sequential serial numbers and were factory new IO550E’S 1800 hours ago. Both engines have 46 hours since a top overhaul with 12 factory new cylinders, rods and rod bearings. Everything firewall forward was either overhauled or replaced with new. 3\8” side windows with pilot and co-pilot storm windows. Speed slope 3/8” front window. Wing tip strobes and VG’s. Built in 60cf six place oxygen system. Dual and single yoke with dual brakes. Pilot and Copilot shoulder harness. Avionic’s, G500, 750W, 650W, G4, STec 60-2AP/FD GPSS AND ELECTRIC TRIM. 340AP, ADF, dual transponders, dual avionics master switches, dual USB PORTS, The upgraded ELT ACCURATE to 100 yards. This plane has a GW of 5,200 pounds, only the A55 PII’s have this extra 100 pounds. Useful load is 1800 and this plane is very fast. 214KTS TAS at 2,500 feet, 200 plus KTS at 12,000 feet. Two engine ROC at sea level is over 2,500 FPM and Single engine ROC is more than 500 FPM at sea level. This plane has been a world traveler, all 48 contiguous states, Canada, Alaska, Mexico, central and South America plus Europe. $215, 000 dollars.

Anyone who is serious about buying a top tier Baron should buy this without hesitation. If I didn’t have a Baron already, Jerry’s plane would be in my hangar tomorrow. “Pre-buy? I don’t need no stinkin’ pre-buy!”
