I am between 20GA in Villa Rica Georgia and 2M8 in Memphis. I go back and forth. I am torn. This is a wonderful bird that has NEVER let me down in the 5 years I owned it. If the Boss didn't want more room I would keep her forever. Being an A&P i have put a lot of work in her to make it the way I want her.

It doesn't usually mean windshield deice plate (that was only on FIKI birds). I don't know if alcohol windshield spray was an option, might have been. As a practical matter, "full deice" will get you out of mild or inadvertent icing as well as a FIKI bird. The official FIKI status is really only a legal thing since effectively you would always seek to leave icing conditions with either a FIKI or full deice airplane. In effect, no operational difference. If you depart into known or forecast icing, the FAA could get on your case about not having FIKI, but they only seem to do that when there are other factors, like an accident, to draw their attention. not FIKI and yes have the other seats. The prices on planes are ridiculous and people, in my opinion are asking way too much and not being realistic. If the engines were low time I would ask more but I am being realistic and believe I am pricing it accordingly with the engine times.Mark
