A nice well cared for A36 is looking for a new home. It has never left me stranded in the 14 years I have owned her. Looking for a late model A36? Now's your chance! Airframe TT 2200 hours Engine / Prop SMOH 700 hours Powermasters IO-550 Hangared in Asheboro NC - KHBI $425,000.00 Should be on Controller sometime this week with more pictures Here's some pics Attachment: P1070340.JPG Attachment: Plane panel.JPG

It appears the plane is available again. See below for pictures. https://www.dropbox.com/sh/m1pjsmujqxft ... ZlLoa?dl=0Just to set your expectations, the paint and interior are original (6 out of 10 in my opinion). It is mechanically sound plane. It has never left me stranded in the 14 years I have owned it. If your expectations are showroom new and never flown high gloss paint with new leather smell this is not the plane for you. It has no damage history. If you are interested in taking a look give a shout. 336-302-2541

Thank you for everything you did to make the transaction go so smoothly. And congratulations to Keith and his partner Dan on the purchase of N4093E! It is a wonderful example of a late model A36. -Neal
