I was thinking more like damage from a gear up or fuel truck running into a wing.

At one point I considered trying to convert a nice 340 and started looking for all of the parts. I did find replacement flap sections and tracks on eBay and at a salvage yard, so I know they do come up from time to time, but you can’t just call Textron if you belly in. This is also when I met the guys in Uvalde who own the STC. Speaking with them, I learned how the extensive changes to the wing, aft of the rear spar made it unrealistic to justify the expense when you could just buy a plane with it already done. I gave up on the idea once I learned that the last time it was done, it cost something like $180k just to install. From what I was told, that was mostly the labor in redoing the aft sections of the wings.
