Looking for an IFR rated pilot to purchase 1/3 of our 1970 A36 Bonanza at Camarillo airport, KCMA.
Aircraft is currently owned by a California LLC. Pilots include an ATP (retired airline captain) and an IFR rated pilot with over 2000 hours. Insurance is 1 million smooth
November, 2022 annual by Rick Fleck at Camarillo Aircraft Service TT 8249 I0-550-B engine with GAMIS; (300 HP / 2000 TBO) 1327 SMOH. 3 Blade prop, 1327 SMOH Aspen EFD 1000 PFD GNS 430W; KX155 Nav Com MX20 MFD; Trig TT31 ADSB transponder (ADSB out) Stratus 2 (ADSB in) JPI 730 graphic engine monitor, STEC 30 autopilot with ALT hold; (GPSS steering) PS Engineering 8000b blue tooth audio panel 6 place intercom JPI FS-450 digital Fuel flow Dual yokes; Dual brakes Manual trim Standby vacuum, Rosen Visors, Front sheepskins, Aux power plug
Large Useful Load - 1535# (Empty weight of 2165# and Gross Wt at 3700# with D'Shannon STC); NDH, (Paint 7, Interior 7) Full Logs
In recent years, the aircraft has been flown 60-100 hrs / year Cruises 163-167 kts @ 11 -12 gph (lean of peak)
