Anyone interested in joining a co-ownership for a well maintained and recently panel upgraded 1964 Bonanza S35? The airplane is currently fully owned outright by me (paid in cash last Dec) and I'm looking for partners to share cost of ownership and to make sure she's flying more frequently.
I'm based in Hayward (KHWD), currently sharing an Ex Hangar, but I'm in the wait list for a standard-T that should be available in the next couple of months. Open to relocate to San Carlos or Palo Alto if you have access to a hangar.
I'm thinking I'll go with 3-4 co-owners to make sure it doesn't get too busy. I'm currently thinking of a base price of $195,000 to be divided between co-owners (plus expenses).
If you're interested, DM me for more details. She's right now with airtronics still getting the panel upgraded (my guess is it'll be done second week of Dec), but if you want to look at her we can schedule a visit.
