Given that it's likely the new owner won't need to spend much if anything to correct any maint errors, $319 AMU is probably even more of a bargain in the long run.

I have one of these planes and they are highly reliable and were maintained to a very high standard. I got like 23 pounds of detailed logs for each flight which i scanned. I would not be put off by high time. Its a good opportunity to own a very capable reliable plane at a good price. JSJ

Thank you Larry! I am in the process of reading through the logbooks (and 337's) and building a very detailed listing. I hope to have it ready for posting in a few days. But in the meantime, here is a link to the high resolution photo gallery, logbooks, 337's, W&B, etc. https://www.dropbox.com/sh/owjvoua6njqu ... U879a?dl=0To say that this plane has thorough documentation would be an understatement. I have also attached some of the photos from the high resolution gallery as well. Please feel free to email, PM, or call me (914-625-5776) if you have an interest in N805NH. -Neal

We have left Eagle Roost, and moved up to Roseburg, OR. The Bonanza is still in the hangar in Aguila, AZ, where Gary Dyer can show the plane. All contact is with Neal Schwartz. If enough time goes by, I will fly the plane up here to Roseburg, and either sell it, or begin flying again.
