Ad says plane was used as air ambulance at one point. Maybe the G meter is for that?

What are the years on the 2 engines? What caused the time mismatch?

Highly unlikely. I've flown Medevac for many years and never came across a G meter in any of the aircraft. But, then again, you never know.

I've though of putting a g-meter in my baron just to convince myself that the turbulence wasn't as bad as I thought. The G meter itself isn't a concern.

A saved large G reading may be somethign the seller can explain. Might or might not be completely harmless
