Latitude Aviation is proud to bring to market N837ML, which is a beautiful 1994 Beechcraft B36TC Bonanza. N837ML is owned by a BeechTalk member and is hangared in Lubbock, TX at F82.
N837ML spent the first 5 years of its life in Mexico (although the majority of its maintenance was performed by US maintenance facilities) and in 1999 it was imported back to the US (where it has been ever since).
The current owner recently brought N837ML to an ABS Service Clinic and it sailed through with an outstanding report on both the airframe side as well as the engine side (and both reports are available in the Dropbox folder for the aircraft).
N837ML has 2307 hours with 65 since overhaul by Bill Cunningham and Powermaster Aircraft Engines and 65 since a new propeller as well. The warranty on the engine is good through 12/2023.
It received a gorgeous new paint job by Biggs Aircraft in 11/2020 and the interior was redone at that time as well. Both are spectacular and the aircraft is in outstanding cosmetic condition.
Its avionics consists of a very functional panel with a 430W, KX 155, KFC 150 with altitude pre-select, portable GPS 496 panel-mounted in an AirGizmo dock, GMA 345 audio panel, EDM 730 engine monitor, and Stratus ES ADS-B out transponder.
Upgrades include factory air conditioning (with the R134A upgrade), D'Shannon engine baffles, electric propeller de-ice, turboGAMIjectors, LED lighting package, etc.
Unfortunately this aircraft does have some damage history. Its first incident was very early in the plane's life in 7/1994 while down in Mexico. It had a taxiing incident that damaged the left wing, horizontal stabilizer, flaps, and some belly skins. The repair was made by El Paso Aero in the US. It then experienced some damage on takeoff to the LH wing in 2019 which was expertly repaired by Biggs Aircraft in OK. It was at this time that the plane was repainted and its interior redone. Unfortunately several months after the takeoff incident the owner experienced an in-flight engine failure and made an off-airport landing in 1/2021. This repair was expertly made by Mountain Airframe in AR (whose owner is a frequent contributor here on BeechTalk). Both repairs are extensively documented with logbook entries, etc. Both of these shops are incredibly well-respected in the Beechcraft heavy repair arena as many of you already know.
N837ML is an incredible example of a late model B36TC. It has a beautiful new paint and interior and low time engine and propeller. Yes, it does have damage history but those incidents were repaired correctly and the damage has been factored into the listed price in our view.
Below is a detailed spec sheet which has a Dropbox link that will take you to the logbooks, photo gallery, 337's, ABS survey reports, etc. I have also pasted some photos below. Please reach out any time on this incredible B36TC. Thank you!
