Posting this for a good friend and Hangar neighbor. This is a beautiful low time no damage aircraft and the kind you love to find, meticulous long time owner that just doesn’t fly it enough anymore.
Owner is a great person to deal with.

It literally still has that new airplane smell. His plan is to downsize, the right 172 on Amphibs might make a trade.
