I'm helping my hangar neighbor (80+ yrs. former airline pilot and flight school owner) sell his beloved and well cared for late model Duke: N181BD P563 of 1981 TT 3569 Engine Time 680 / 680 since overhaul by FWF Props since overh. 113/113 Last annual insp. March 2024 by AAS in EDMA with new batteries, new brake discs left and right, 4 magnetos overhauled pre-oilers, winglets, VG All systems (air cond., heating, windshield ....) working except prop. sync. Interior new in 2017, exterior new in 2009, still in good shape as plane was always hangered in heated hangar Garmin G600 with synth. vision, 2x 430W The asking price is 260 000$ incl. spares and accessories (1 alternator, 1 el. Good to see you helping your retired neighbor friend out, this is a very nice looking Duke with low time engine hrs and glass panel. Thanks Todd, believe me, no matter what, I am truly tempted and still contemplate every hour of the day to sell the Malibu and buy the Duke. Every time I go flying, I take a walk around the Duke. It truly is a beautiful bird that deserves a caring owner
