I'm not a broker... my mission has changed.

Selling N6564D, my 50th Anniversary special edition 1982 Beechcraft A36 Bonanza with the IO-550B engine STC and factory air conditioning. N6564D is based near Phoenix Arizona at Glendale Municipal Airport (KGEU). 2,422 TT, 756 SFRM, 12 STOH, and 12 hours on a new Hartzell Super Scimitar propeller. Useful load is 1,182 lbs.

N6564D has numerous upgrades including the D’Shannon IO-550B engine STC , D’Shannon engine baffle kit (updated in 2022), GAMIjectors, 8” main wheels with GeeBee silicon brake lines and hoses, new calipers and new rotors (2022), and WAT LED taxi and landing lights.

In 2022 N6564D received all new Millennium Cylinders that were port matched and balanced by LyCon in Visalia with reinforced silicon rocker cover gaskets and a factory new Hartzel Super Scimitar propeller was installed at the time.

The panel is amazing with dual Garmin G5’s, a GTN 750Xi, GTX 345 and GMA-345 with SiriusXM, outside air temp and winds aloft. It also has a 4-servo Garmin GFC 500 autopilot with yaw damper, SMART GLIDE, the latest AD software updates, and a JPI 900 engine monitor.

N6564D sustained a gear-up in 2012 at 2,196 TT but was expertly repaired and has flown hundreds of hours since then. The elevators were replaced with aluminum elevators by Biggs Aircraft in 2022. The exterior paint is 7.5/10 and is consistent with the fact that the paint is 22 years old and there are a few very minor scuffs in a few places. The interior is and 8/10 and consistent with its 23 years of age as well.

N6564D flies regularly and times are subject to change. Detailed specifications are below. All information provided is deemed to be reliable but not guaranteed. Buyer to conduct its own investigations

82 is better. 79-83 is the sweet spot for A36's.

what he said. the 28v system with the extended baggage all with the lower empty weight of a slightly older plane. Add on top that this has the 550 already installed.

Why is that? We have a 1975 without the AC and useful load is pretty damn good. Our plane has done great and we average 150 hours a year on it?

I do like the 550 upgrade and the panel upgrade. I had to chuckle with the good ole reliable collins still installed. They are reliable for sure!

Nice airplance. I tried to talk my friend into buying a Beech but she went with a Piper.

Nothing flies like these airplanes, nothing......

Good luck with the sale!
