The P Baron was converted from the 310HP -LB Continental Engines to the 325HP -WB Continental Engines. This allows the P Baron to climb to altitude quicker, cruise faster, and ultimately arrive at the destination sooner. Although this is only a 5% increase in HP the benefits are clear.
N2056N has a very capable and very modern avionics stack. The Avidyne IFD540/IFD440 coupled with the Bendix FCS870 Fully Coupled Autopilot makes flying both en-route and approaches a breeze. The Baron has a Bluetooth enabled Avidyne AMX240 Audio Panel and Avidyne AXP340 Transponder with ADS-B Out and ADS-B In via the SkyTrax Receiver.
The cosmetics on N2056N show well and would need no upgrades. The paint is shiny, the leather is clean, the boots are in great condition and the glass is clear and show no signs of needing replacement. The hot plate was also recently replaced.
