BACKGROUND: I have been looking to purchase my next airplane for about a year and one half. Without much progress being made I decided to buy a Cessna 140 to have something to fly this summer while I continued to look for my long term airplane. I found the perfect 140, reviewed all the logs, made an offer and closed on the airplane around noon on March 31, 2022. FOUR HOURS LATER I received an email from someone whose plane I had been in contact with off and on for almost 2 years informing me that he has decided to sell his airplane if I wanted to buy it! (A 1981 V35B Bonanza, Engine Analyzer, Garmin G500TXI, G500 Autopilot, GTN 750, GTX 335, Flight Stream 510, Tip Tanks, Turbo Normalized 550 beautiful paint and interior and more) You can’t make this stuff up.

I bought his airplane and now I own a Cessna 140 and the Bonanza. Some information about the Cessna 140:
• 1947 Cessna 140
• Serial # 13273
• Registration N3015N
• Engine TCM C90-12F (90 HP)
• IRAN June 2009
• TSOH 398.50 as of last annual (9-17-2021)
• TTAF 3,718 as of last annual (9-17-2021)
• ADSB (Garmin GTX 335)
• KY97A Comm
• Key starter
• Alternator
• Last annual #1 – 68, #2 – 72, #3 – 72, #4 – 72

I’d like to get what I paid for it so I’m asking $40,000. Located in California at KFCH (Fresno). A few pictures follow, thanks for looking.

Does it have a voltage converter 14-28 to make the radio work in a 14 VDC airplane?
