Latitude Aviation is proud to bring to market N315AB, which is a beautiful 1975 Beechcraft V35B Bonanza. N315AB is owned by a BeechTalk member and is based in Phoenix, AZ. N315AB was featured back in 9/2020 in the ABS Magazine as its "Bonanza Of The Month" plane.

N315AB has 5235 hours on the airframe, 880 since overhaul on a IO-520-BB in 2013, and 932 hours on the prop since an overhaul in 2010.

The first thing someone will likely notice on N315AB is that it has a full Dynon SkyView HDX integrated avionics suite. It has a dual screen PFD/MFD system, autopilot, engine management system, ADS-B In/Out, and back-up PFD. Other avionics systems include an IFD 540, PMA 450 audio panel, 406mhz ELT, etc.

Other upgrades include D'Shannon engine baffles, GAMIjectors, Eagle fuel quick drains, Cygnet dual yoke, and LED lights.

Cosmetically the plane is in great shape with new windows and paint installed and completed in 2016. The interior is a bit older but shows well.

There is some damage history in the plane's past. The first incident was a nose gear collapse during taxi in 3/2013. This didn't cause The second was when an FBO improperly jump-started the plane and used 24v power instead of 12v during a GPU start in 2016. This caused the battery to overheat and fizzle which then caused cosmetic damage to the clearcoat and windows. Because of their error, the FBO paid for the plane to receive brand new windows and a new paint job.

Below are the specs for the plane along with a link that will take you to the high resolution photo gallery, logbooks, and 337 records. I have also pasted some pictures below. Please reach out anytime to discuss this wonderful aircraft. Thank you!

What a beauty! If I were in the market, this would be at the top of my list. Only needs shoulder harnesses.

What’s the rotary knob next to the Stratus USB?
[edit - that’s the landing light controller]
