Latitude Aviation is proud to bring to market N9836S, which is a 1998 Beechcraft A36 Bonanza based at Fullerton Airport in Fullerton, CA (which is about a 35 minute drive from John Wayne Airport). N9836S is owned by a BeechTalk member and has been hangared since new.

N9836S has 2671 TT and 1058 hours on a factory new IO-550 as well as 1058 since overhaul on the propeller. The maintenance has, for the most part, been performed by Rebuilt Aircraft in Minden, NV but one of the more recent annuals was performed by Honeycutt Aviation. Both are outstanding shops with great reputations.

The panel has an Aspen PFD, GNS 530W, GNS 430W, STEC 55 autopilot (with altitude pre-select and yaw damper), GTX 345 transponder, WX 500 Stormscope, Flight Stream 210, and a GDL 69 XM weather receiver. All in all, this A36 has a great avionics package with lots of functionality.

Other upgrades include factory air conditioning, Osborne tip tanks, D'Shannon engine baffles, electric propeller heat, B&C standby alternator, and GAMIjectors.

N9836S shows incredibly well from a cosmetic standpoint and its paint and interior still look great (despite being 24 years old). The only negative are some incredibly minor cosmetic hail dings on the top of the wings and control surfaces.

The useful load is a really respectable 1239 now but if someone wanted to increase it to 1470 pounds, they could buy the 4011 gross weight increase from GAMI/Osborne. That would make for an incredible useful load of course.

I have pasted the specs below and there is a Dropbox link that will take you to the logbooks and photo gallery. I have also attached some of the phones below as well. Please email or call anytime to discuss this wonderful 1998 A36 Bonanza. Thank you!

-Neal

Spec sheet/advertisement updated to reflect the removal of the co-pilot turn coordinator. The air conditioning is also being serviced by Waypoint Aviation at RAL right now as well.
