Extremely clean, well kept 1975 Beech Sundowner C23. N616KC. SN M-1726
Total time is approximately 4700 hours, engine is roughly 100 since major overhaul to factory new limits by Pine Mountain. Excellent records and the Parts and Repair Manual comes with the airplane. All logs are present except for the first airframe log which was reconstructed from the engine log in 1998. Complete since that time. No damage history. There is a current AD log and lots of 337s and receipts for work done over the years.
I'm a CFI and I bought the airplane about a year ago to use for flight instruction in South Carolina and seasonally on Cape Cod where it is now. I put about 50 or so hours on it in that time and currently it flies several times a week out of KHYA. Our season here wraps up after Labor Day so I'm getting it out on the market now as I have other airplanes. In a perfect world I'd like it to go to new owner on or about 9/15 but that's open to discussion.
The paint and interior are excellent - It looks as nice as you see in the photos. Good glass, a neat and fully functional panel, IFR WAAS Garmin 430, Garmin G5, Century autopilot and Stratus ADSB transponder means this airplane is ready to go.
Last annual was in May. Compressions 76 or better on all cylinders. Oil change completed 8/12. Pitot static, transponder and IFR inspections are all current and the data card on the 430 will come with the current month's update.
There are a couple of nice mods on the airplane - the tailcone counterweight was added to help limit forward CG conditions and a full VG kit has been installed. Its a Sundowner so it is not the quickest airplane but two doors and a comfortable cabin 4" wider than a 172 comes at a cost. Flight plan at 110kts and enjoy the ride.
Feel free to PM me here or call/text Eric on my cell at 774-228-3760. I have plenty of photos I can send.

I've had a couple of questions so thought I'd share more info:
Hangared by me and the previous owner. From the look of the paintwork it likely has been hangered most of its life.
No obvious hail - a few tiny dings in the stabilator that you can see if the light is right and you look for them.
No corrosion noted. There is a small area of bubbled paint around the base of the ELT antenna.
Landing gear donuts are in good condition.
If you need more information, just ask.
Thanks! Eric

Robert- The Sundowner is a fantastic flyer. Figure you'll burn about 9GPH in cruise flight. These aircraft are very well supported through the Beech Aero Club. Join the www.beeachaeroclub.org for fantastic information about these extremely well-built, roomy aircraft.
