Always fun to look at the background. I think I might see a Falco flying through the hangar.

You can edit your post if you would like to add a subject line

My father built the Falco and it’s been hanging in my hangar for 24 years, belongs to my brother who, i think, has forgotten about it.

Your Baron looks really well cared for. I bet someone is going to be very happy. If you want to sell it, I suggest you go back to your first post and update the subject line so that it says something more than "FS:"

... unless you're actually selling a colon...

Thanks, being technically challenged I haven’t figured out how to fix it. Oh well, maybe nobody will see the ad and I keep it.

I both curse and thank-god for new technology several times a day. Ron, I've found with a little effort and a bit of trial and error, your technically challenged disposition can be conquered. C'mon man...........no pun intended, let's see some more pictures of that beautiful aircraft!

Nice airplane, that’s just 1hr, N.W. from me. I must of missed it but, does it have IO-470s?
I’m on a 2700’ grass strip, 620 asl. How do you think it would do there?

All 55, A55, and B55 Barons came from the factory with 260HP IO470s. A Baron like this should work OK on a 2700 ft grass strip as long as the ground is firm but you won't be anywhere near a balanced field capability and would have to plan on landing if an engine quits below a few hundred ft AGL unless you keep your weight under about 4500 lbs. Might not be a problem if there is flat open ground beyond the runway.

That is easier (keeping the weight down) on the A55 because they're usually a bit lighter to begin with.

I've flown my B55 in and out of 1800 ft grass strips but only when several hundred pounds below MGW and with the full expectation that an engine failure past the halfway point on the runway and before I've reached a few hundred ft AGL means I'm landing in the trees beyond the end of the runway. IOW on a runway like that it's really just an inefficient single engine airplane with a high stall speed (being light helps with the stall speed too).
