Latitude Aviation is proud to bring to market N882CT, which is a beautiful 1990 Beechcraft A36 Bonanza based in Miami at KTMB. N882CT is owned by a BeechTalk member and has 3370 TT, 1586 SFRM, 783 STOH, and 7 SPOH.
N882CT has a great panel with its Garmin G3X touchscreen PFD/MFD (with SVT), Garmin G5 standby PFD, GNS 530W, KFC 200 autopilot, GTX 345 ADS-B in/out transponder (with ADS-B traffic and weather), and G1 color engine monitor. It also has an RDS 81 radar but it is currently inoperative (although I'm sure it could be repaired or replaced with a serviceable unit if someone desired). The 530W's screen is a little delaminated but is readable and is 100% operational.
Other great upgrades include factory air conditioning, GAMI engine baffles, D'Shannon flap/aileron gap seals, vortex generators, LED lights, wingtip supplemental landing lights, co-pilot brakes, Reiff preheat system, standby generator, and standby vacuum system.
Cosmetically the plane is in good shape with a nice Tan leather interior and the paint is consistent with its age (and has a little leading edge wear as you'd expect).
The only damage history that I could find of any kind was that the LH wing inboard leading edge skin was replaced for an unknown reason (likely hangar rash or a bird strike) and the LH and RH ailerons were both replaced in 1994 (and this is also likely due to hangar rash).
This is an incredibly functional and solid later model A36 that has AC, isn't subject to the wing spar carry through structure inspection, and has a great panel. I have pasted the specs below along with a Dropbox link that will take you to the logbooks, photo gallery, FAA records, and W&B. I've also attached some photos below. Please reach out anytime to discuss this great A36. Thank you!
