Latitude Aviation is proud to bring to market N882CT, which is a beautiful 1990 Beechcraft A36 Bonanza based in Miami at KTMB. N882CT is owned by a BeechTalk member and has 3370 TT, 1586 SFRM, 783 STOH, and 7 SPOH.

N882CT has a great panel with its Garmin G3X touchscreen PFD/MFD (with SVT), Garmin G5 standby PFD, GNS 530W, KFC 200 autopilot, GTX 345 ADS-B in/out transponder (with ADS-B traffic and weather), and G1 color engine monitor. It also has an RDS 81 radar but it is currently inoperative (although I'm sure it could be repaired or replaced with a serviceable unit if someone desired). The 530W's screen is a little delaminated but is readable and is 100% operational.

Other great upgrades include factory air conditioning, GAMI engine baffles, D'Shannon flap/aileron gap seals, vortex generators, LED lights, wingtip supplemental landing lights, co-pilot brakes, Reiff preheat system, standby generator, and standby vacuum system.

Cosmetically the plane is in good shape with a nice Tan leather interior and the paint is consistent with its age (and has a little leading edge wear as you'd expect).

The only damage history that I could find of any kind was that the LH wing inboard leading edge skin was replaced for an unknown reason (likely hangar rash or a bird strike) and the LH and RH ailerons were both replaced in 1994 (and this is also likely due to hangar rash).

This is an incredibly functional and solid later model A36 that has AC, isn't subject to the wing spar carry through structure inspection, and has a great panel. I have pasted the specs below along with a Dropbox link that will take you to the logbooks, photo gallery, FAA records, and W&B. I've also attached some photos below. Please reach out anytime to discuss this great A36. Thank you!

Hi Neal,

Is there an option to increase GW further with the GAMI baffles? OR, are tips the only option?

THX

Only way without tips is the TAT conversion.

Hi Ron,

D'Shannon has a gross weight STC up to 3850 pounds that doesn't require their tip tanks. https://www.d-shannon-aviation.com/upgr ... s-gwi.html You do need D'Shannon baffles and an IO-550 if it was built in 1983 and earlier however. If I recall, the STC is about $6,000.

GAMI has a similar gross weight STC (no tip tanks required) with details available by clicking here: https://gami.com/ Here is some text from that website:

The new Gross Weight Increase (GWI) approval is available on certain Beechcraft Bonanzas configured with an IO-550B engine and two of GAMI’s STC’d modifications including GAMIjector® fuel injectors and components of their Liquidair™ Baffle Kit. The GWI ranges from 180-300 lbs. based upon aircraft model. “This is the first time a Gross Weight Increase of this magnitude has been available for Bonanzas not equipped with
tip tanks” said George Braly, Head of Engineering for GAMI and TAT. “The improved control of engine cylinder head temperatures provided by the GAMIjector® fuel injectors and the Liquidair™ Baffle Kit result in good margins at the
increased take-off weights, even on hot days.”
