Nice plane, can you add pictures of the interior and explain what kind of overhaul was done on the engine and when, as well as what was done in the last annual?
Thanks.

Just to throw in my two cents, I owned a 1977 T-Arrow for 15 years. They are great airplanes once you figure out how to fly the engine, and once you do, it will probably make it all the way to TBO without major work. It is most comfortable in the mid-teens where you can get 150+/- knots at 12 gph ROP. And, my T-Arrow had, within a few pounds, the same full fuel payload as my A36TC with a 6 hour range compared to the 4.5 hour range in the A36TC (to empty).

how many 100 hour inspections has it had? (that is part of the spar inspection process)
or have you calculated when the spar inspection is required?

The AD would not apply at those hours unless it was used for a lot of training. the key factor in realizing how much more time is available before it applies is the number of 100 hour inspections. that is a key number to know to tell whether it has 100 hours left or 2000 hours left before the AD is necessary.
If you look up the AD it is easy to calculate when the AD actually applies.
I am looking possibly for a turbo Arrow but the time left is a key question in the purchase decision.
