This Duke has an exceptional maintenance history, having been maintained nearly all its life by Bob Brungard, Brungard Aviation in Boulder, Colorado (now Best Aviation in Longmont CO).
This is a dry-country hangered Duke. The tail surfaces and flight controls are as good as they get.
Total time is 3775 hours. (Times may be a few hours off as the logs are with the airplane in CO)
Carbide lifters are installed in both engines. No Intercoolers.

Interior is Beautiful, as is the paint.
Boundary Layer VG's
Wing Boots are new. Windshield heat and prop-ice function well.
Air Conditioning works well.
As good as this airplane looks, the strength are the mechanicals. The engines run beautifully (see oil sample reports on request), pressurization is also perfect. The airplane will come out of annual squawk free and the only reason I’m selling her is I am moving to a part time role in my business and downsizing our plane.
The Autopilot functions well, heater was replaced in 2021 and works very well.
Both wet wingtips were completely resealed in 2021.
The first aircraft log was lost in the mid-1970's at about 700 hours total time. The old N-Number nor the current show any damage history associated with them that I could find. Please send a PM if you would like me to send log copies.
This as a very low risk investment for someone looking for a Duke. The previous owner liked N54DB so much he wanted to convert this airframe to a Turbine, but the STC applies only to B Models, so he bought one that had already been converted.
