Thanks, gents! I'm having seller's remorse just posting this but it's time to go higher, farther and faster. Our average stage length of 650nm is getting longer.

I'll never forget my one and only ride in a PII.
I was flying a 182 at the time.

It was eye opening.
Going uphill faster than I cruised.

I raved about it for days.

Holy smokes!
What an airplane!
What a panel!

I remember flying in a similar Colemill 55, doing single-engine work and climbing at close to 1,000 feet per minute.

With the climb capabilityand ventilation of the 55, you don’t need air conditioning believe it or not.

I turn on my arctic air AC box that sits in the very back every single summer flight. Depends on where you live. You are not always in the air climbing to cool temps. Sometimes you’re stuck on the ground waiting for a clearance, or your turn to take off.

From flying mostly around Alabama and Florida I'm gonna have to disagree with you about not needing air conditioning but otherwise that is a gorgeous P2. It would be all too easy spending that ask price on just upgrading another B55 to that condition not to mention the months of downtime. Might as well buy this one already complete.
