Not gonna make any more and they don't come much better than this. yeah the avionics are older, but they look perfectly functional. At whatever point garmin starts shipping avionics again, you can tart it up all you like.
And if the OP wanted to be sneaky he'd delete the post.
Clearly it's worth a lot more than $400 in today's market. Yeah Charles you say that but I’m like others I wouldn’t deal with this shady dude for any amount of money.....I can promise you and many others I wouldn’t give any amount of money ( not even $200k now ) just because I’d be dealing with a very flakey individual. Just as Mr. Neal Swartz himself has always said “if you want to sell an airplane then be fair and price it to sell and it will sell quick”.....but when you get stupid sellers that renig then it gets the average debt free business man such as myself a REALLY BIG TURN-OFF! Truth be known no business minded individual would EVER EVER EVER DEAL with this FLAKE OF A DUDE! $400k was truly border line to high but there’s individuals that are currently in the market that obviously was interested at the $400k asking price but now he’s screwed himself and mostly turned his cousin Rick off from ever wanting to help him again, I think $400k was even at the top of the price range ( my gosh it’s only flown an average of 38 hrs a year)....THATS BAD and most likely will need a completely $70K OH VERY SOON! My heart sincerely goes out to his cousin Rick!

Rick is the guy who posted it. Seems like his cousin decided to change his asking price and maybe didn't tell him. It's Friday, chill out and stop stomping on his thread, it's poor form. It wouldn't be BT if someone wasn't stomping on a thread. Many members love to take posts way too personally and attack original posters for their questions.

If this little incident has only taken place on TaP and Controller, we’d never be talking about it. I feel bad for Rick, seems like he got roasted for trying to help out his opportunistic cousin. For me, I wouldn’t touch this plane, too many things have been sitting, drying out, corroding, and not getting used on a regular basis. I would expect a series of gremlins to rear their heads over the next few years and few hundred hours for whoever does take the risk. Better off getting this https://www.controller.com/listing/for-sale/209569905/1979-beechcraft-a36-bonanza-piston-single-aircraftFor $420k… I guess that’s my roundabout way of saying that for me, 495 is too high for that particular A36. But the market will speak. Somebody out there may really have to have a 20xx model year and be willing to take the risk.
