I'm bringing N7210L to the market, which is my air conditioned 1984 Beechcraft A36 Bonanza. The plane is currently based at O16 in Garberville, CA.

N7210L has undergone a recent panel upgrade and removal of the vacuum system.
The panel upgrade includes the latest Aspen Avionics Evolution 2500 Max bundle which includes the Evolution 1000 ProMax PFD, 1000 MFD Max, and 500 MFD Max.
A JPI EDM-930 was installed replacing all primary engine instruments. The panel includes an Avidyne IFD-550 FMS/GPS/Nav/Com and a Garmin GTX345 transponder providing ADS-B In/Out capabilities. This panel provides an excellent IFR platform.

The plane was painted in 2012 by Kracon Aircraft and is in excellent condition.
The interior is in good condition with cloth seats and sheepskin pilot and co-pilot seats.

That is a very nice A36 and it looks like a great value for someone. I like how you have the JPI angled for better viewing.

I'm biased, but I think the 1984 A36 is the sweet spot of the fleet offering a modern panel and lighter weights.

I don't know, there's just something I like about this plane.

Very nice.

Thanks Chad. I’ve loved owning this plane but it’s time to let it go to someone who can utilize it better than me. I just don’t need all the seats/cargo area as I’m usually flying alone these days.

Nice bird, Roy. I knew a pilot with the same name in Westchester, New York ... used to fly in the same Club together. Thought I'd ask if you're the same guy.
