The first Modern Bonanza, no major engineering changes were made after this.
Physically and dimensionally the same as a V35B.
All STC's for a V35B are approved for this airplane.
First year for the 520 and it was mounted with what Beechcraft called "Stabiline Thrust",

The last annual was August 19th, 2019, and is out of annual.
The last flight was October 4th, 2019.
The airplane was parked becauseI lost interest.
That is the reason it was parked, there was no mechanical issue.
None.

There are 4 hours on the annual.
Fly it home.

Copy of last annual is available.
Plane Safe in KUES has done the last three annuals.

No test flights.
The only thing I will allow are the inspection panels to be removed for inspection by an A&P and a runup after inspection.
The airplane is not leaving my hangar/airport/the ground, until you've paid for it and all papers are signed.

Getting home is your business.

Very nice airplane.

$100,000.oo

Call, text, email or PM for more information.

Thank you,

Arnie Guida

Price is now $70,000.

Again, this is not a deal for everyone.

Airplane is as is, where is.

You should be familiar with the ferry process,
if that's your plan.

I saw my post count and thought it fitting that my 7,000th post would be in this thread.

Like my Dad, I was a machinist, interested in mechanical things

As a kid, I built the plastic kit models, drew lots of side profiles of F86's and F4's. I remember a push pull Cessna flying overhead regularly, the occasional sonic boom. Once a year they had "Military Day" at Mitchell and Dad would take us. Seeing an F104 up close with it's ordnance spread on the ground around it and the Vulcan fly are indelible memories.

No one that I knew flew.

I took the $20 "Discovery Flight" at Timmerman and that was it.

I bought my first plane, an '81 Piper Warrior before I had a medical, a flight school lease back thing. Dad was pissed because he didn't think they'd give me a medical, I'd had heart surgery when I was 10. I hadn't considered it.

There were 3 flight schools and 2 maintenance facilities at Mitchell then, none now.

Took my check ride in Sep/87 with DE Bob Booth at Rainbow Airport owned by the colorful Leon Rediske, who's Father founded it.
All legends in SE WI aviation.

My biggest memory of that flight was having to go around at the end, being too high and too hot.
Thinking I'd failed, Bob said, "You'd have failed if you didn't."

5 planes, 3 hangars and lotsa fun.

In order:
'81 Piper Warrior N8363L
'66 Cessna 182J N2968F
'57 H35 N8227D
'59 K35 N184Q
'64 S35 N8852M

Aviation really broadened my horizons and I've met some truly great people.
I'd still like to meet Arlen, Florian, Jamie, JC, Jourdan, Nate, among many others.

Now, it's time.
I've been cleaning out the hangar.

I don't regret one penny I spent on aviation.
How wonderfully fortunate I was to be able to participate.

Don't be sad that it's over,
Be glad that it happened.

I've received several PMs on 52M since the relisting.

It did have a gear up.
Same ruddervators that everyone is afraid of.

And this annual?

ummmm, caveat emptor.
