Latitude Aviation is proud to bring to market N738HT, a very nice, low time Cessna 172N Skyhawk. N738HT is based in Knoxville, Tennessee at KTYS.

N738HT is tremendously low time, with only 1350 hours since new. Pride of ownership is evident with this airplane, the interior is in great shape, and the paint shows very well for its age.

The only damage history I was able to find is some hangar rash on the right wing leading edge. Additionally, the engine was extensively gone through in 2003 due to pitting on the camshaft, however an overhaul was not completed at that time.

N738HT is equipped with ADS-B via a uAvionix tailBeacon system. It is also equipped with a S-TEC 30 autopilot.

N738HT is an incredibly nice example of a well-maintained 172N and is ready for a new home. Below is a detailed spec sheet that has Dropbox links that will take you to the logbooks and photo gallery. I have also attached several pictures below and can email the FAA records by email request. Please call or write any time to discuss this wonderful Skyhawk!

Due to an issue with photos loading to this site incorrectly, I have only pasted a few photos below, please navigate to the Dropbox link to see a much more detailed photo gallery. Thank you!

- Kyle

Very nice 172 N model. I own a very similar 77 with the 180hp conversion. Great starter plane for someone.

Mistake on the description of the ADF and Transponder - not Collins units. Instead per the panel photo the ADF is an ARC R-546A receiver and the Transponder is an ARC RT-359A.
