1979 Turbo 182RG with 2997 Total Time and 165 SMOH by Poplar Grove June 2017. April 2021 annual.

Engine was a complete overhaul including all new factory cylinders, turbo, all accessories, prop, hoses, and mounts.

Logs are clean and continuous since new and show proper maintenance. There is no damage history in the logs and the aircraft shows no indications of previous damage. The airframe is properly rigged flying straight and fast. There is no corrosion or hangar rash. AD-202-18-01 is complied with this year with no cracks or defects noted. All ADs are in AD-LOG form.

Paint, interior, and all glass were new in 2006 at 2236 Tach Time and show very nice. These are the fully articulating leather seats. Retractable seat belts were also installed along with Rosen visors, and Door Stewards.

The factory 4-place oxygen system bottle was just hydro tested at annual and has no leaks.

The engine runs perfect making full power to altitude staying nice and cool. Honest cruise at 18k ft is 175 knots using 14.5 GPH. Expect 160 knots at 8k gaining roughly 2 KTAS every thousand ft above 8k.

Complete panel replacement was also performed in 2006 at 2236 Tach Time. All avionics work as they should including the autopilot and include:

PS Engineering PMA 450B - Installed 2021
Garmin 530W with current software - Factory overhauled like new in 2021
KX155 with GS
Appaero ESG ADS-B Out Transponder with Stratus 2i ADS-B In 2018
PS Engineering CD player and Dual Entertainment inputs
STEC-50 Autopilot with ALT hold and ST-901 GPSS roll steering. Very solid and precise.
Woodgrain panel with Ultravision instrument lighting and battery backup
GEM engine monitor - works fine, but should be upgraded
406 ELT
All engine instruments work and fuel gauges are accurate

88 Gallons usable fuel wet wing with no bladders. Factory installed turbo normalized system that is dirt simple and effective. Engine is derated to 235HP with a TBO of 2000. These engines always go over TBO without top overhauls. Useful load is 1294 lbs allowing for 766 lbs of passengers and baggage and 5 hours of IFR range. There are very few planes with will give the useful load, high altitude capability (and speed) along with the short field performance of 1500 ft grass strips at full gross.

This TR182 has been hangared and when traveling has always been covered with a Bruce's custom cover for overnight stops. It needs nothing. I have it scheduled for a complete Dynon upgrade including 2 10 inch screens, autopilot, EIS (completely eliminating all mechanical engine gauges), and ADS-B in for an October time slot at Saint Aviation. Total cost for this upgrade is $36,000 and includes all new panels. To be honest, the airplane really does not need this upgrade, but I am a fan of glass and consider Dynon to have a very competitive product competing against Garmin at 1/2 the price. The new owner can decide to fly it as is or continue with
the installation. The firm price of $209,000 does not include the new panel.

$209k the way it sits which is 100 operational and nice. If you want Saint Aviation to do the panel upgrade it is $36k. Of course, there are other options available through Garmin as well.

Good to see Todd's name again. I would trust any airplane he owns.

Isn’t it odd that people can’t even read but can fly? Can’t add two numbers together. Can’t even call the phone number of the seller. Strange world

Even for BT 3hrs would be incredibly fast :D

That is a very nice plane. Above all, being the neat and organization freak I am my favorite feature is those pen, flashlight, eyeglass pockets you have !

Add a BRS, the planned panel and electric AC, you'd be at Cirrus performance and prices with a much higher useful load and easier entry exit. GLWS.

Had a few calls asking if I would take bitcoin. Yes, I will take bitcoin (no other crypto) up to $70k of the price.
