Looking to sell my 1980 T-210N family hauler. This thing is an awesome airplane, we just aren't using it as much as we had hoped we would, so we feel its time to move on for now. They are also closing my home airport next summer to repave the runway, so we are going to take a break from ownership for the time being. The plane has a great list of options and pedigree, open checkbook maintenance, and a lot of upgrades.
1,629lb USEFUL LOAD!
Panel (sweet!): -Garmin GTN-750 with Flightstream 510 -Garmin integrated audio panel and transponder with the GTN750 -6 place intercom -Garmin GNS430W backup with Flightstream 110 -JPI EDM 830 color engine monitor with fuel flow, talks with the 750 for fuel planning -ASPEN 1000 PRO MAX with SYNTHETIC VISION -STEC 55x coupled autopilot- flies approaches to minimums like a dream. -GARMIN 696 yoke mounted with XM weather, Music, and data link to to the 750/430 -Standby Vac -The plane has the ASPEN, and backup vaccuum instruments, AND stby vac so you have 3 sources of redundancy in IMC.
Times/Mechanical: -Times will increase as i fly the plane typically weekly. -115 SMOH on the TSIO-520. Turbo overhauled this time also -115 Since New PROP - Hartzell Scimtar- sweet -Approximately 5000 TT -Turbo GAMI-Jectors -APRIL 2021 annual- no expense spared. I had the hydraulic and brake system completely gone through with new seals, new brake line swivels, etc. Knocked out all the areas that people usually fight leaks in the gear system. A leaking swivel prompted me to go through the whole system. -New 24v Concorde Battery this year- always on a maintainer -Always run camgaurd in the oil and use an engine dehydrator when hangared.
Cosmetics: -New paint about 5 years ago- 9.5/10 -ALL NEW glass all the way around the airplane when it was painted - 10/10 -New Airtex interior about 5 years ago- 8/10 -Always Hanagared -Comes with Bruce's custom cover for when you are overnighting away from home
History and extras: -Complete logs -Controlled gear up landing several years ago, full documentation. Essentially amounted to reskinning the belly and a repaired nose gear door. Prop strike a few hours after that on a tow bar, thats when the engine was overhauled, new prop put on (previous owner). -No other damage history
-Has BAS shoulder harnesses (inertial reel) -Has upgraded WEMAC air vents (the bonanza style ones) -Built in 6 place Oxygen so you can fly around in the flight levels with a smile
I cruise 65% power usually, yields about 165 true and 15GPH 75% power if you are in a hurry will show 173 and 18GPH down low, 195 true up high with tubes in your nose....
Hangar kept in Wahoo, NE (Omaha area)

It appears to have deicing boots, no? thanks. No boots, what you are probably seeing is the abrasion guard on the rear stab leading edge- to protect from stuff being slung by the prop. There is a pretty nice TKS STC available for the plane if someone had an application that needed it.

Hey Zach, just curious why you picked Airmart? I know Grant and his Dad and have used them in the past. I’ve always had a good experience with them, but just curious why you picked them.
Thanks

Sweet T210 Zach! I have a '79 set up pretty close as yours. I have tip tanks that have been awesome. I have an itch to sell once in awhile...then I wake up. GLWS. Very nice bird! Hard to beat speed and usable load combo on T210.
