Latitude Aviation is excited to bring to market N69XG, which is a highly-upgraded 1976 Beechcraft V35B Bonanza. N69XG is owned by a BeechTalk member and is located at San Jose International Airport (KSJC) in San Jose, CA. The current owner's maintenance has been performed for the last 6 years by well-respected Beechcraft maintenance experts such as Dan Honeycutt (Honeycutt Aviation) and David Landreth (Riverside Aviation). In fact, the most current annual inspection was just signed off by David Landreth back in March. And the last owner was also on BeechTalk and his maintenance was performed by Curtis Boulware (George Baker Aviation).

N69XG has 4485 TT and 514 SMOH on both the IO-520-BB engine and the Hartzell Scimitar propeller. The engine was overhauled by Bill Cunningham at Powermaster Aircraft Engines in 8/2017 and has the latest/greatest Whirlwind III TN system along with other nice upgrades like D'Shannon baffles and a B&C standby alternator system.

On the avionics front, this aircraft is loaded. It has a 3-screen Aspen 2500 PFD/MFD system, Avidyne DFC 90 autopilot, GTN 750, GTN 650, GTX 345, FS 510, EDM 900, SAI 340, and much more.

Some other general upgrades include D'Shannon 15 gallon tip tanks, aileron/flap gap seals, speed brakes, built-in oxygen, Eagle flush fuel quick drains, and LED lights. Many of you will note that the plane has the FTA air conditioning vents installed but it is important to point out that this plane does not have the FTA system installed. The previous owner started the project at George Baker Aviation but then decided to sell the plane to upgrade to a 421 instead.

One notable recent maintenance action is that after the most recent annual inspection, Biggs Aircraft stripped, repaired, treated, and painted both ruddervators. According to the owner, the rigging is now perfect as well and he believes he gained a couple of knots as a result.

N69XG is a spectacular plane and will make any new owner happy. It is truly turn-key and with no expense spared. Pictures and specs are below and there is also a link to the Dropbox folder which has the logbooks and high resolution photo gallery. Thank you!

-Neal

This looks like such a great plane, if I wasn't so set on a A36 (for CG) I'd be all over this V.

Nice Bo.

I really like the secondary LG indicator lights up on the panel, especially with the dual yoke.

Because it is so fast that it needs 2 sets on each side in order to slow down :D

All kidding aside, I don't know honestly. But...it is an incredibly small world and according to the logbooks (picture of installation is attached to this post), the speed brakes were actually installed by BeechTalk's very own Del Lehmann back on 6/23/95. I'll shoot him a PM and see if he has any recollection as to why there are 2 sets on each wing.

Those were the earlier generation that mounted just aft of the rear spar, two cable actuated cartridges each wing. The later gen has one self contained cartridge per wing mounted closer to center of lift.

Oh, yes I remember it. It belonged to Oscar Parsons when I worked on it.
