Latitude Aviation is proud to bring to market N7525N, a 1968 Beechcraft 36 Bonanza located at KFRG in Farmingdale, New York. N7525N is owned by a BeechTalk member. N7525N has 4,542 airframe hours, 1,654 engine hours since factory remanufacture, and 1,203 since propeller overhaul.

This airplane makes a great basic IFR platform. The avionics include a Garmin GNX-375, three course deviation indicators (CDI), and is ADS-B in and out compliant. N7525N has the Continental IO-520-B-A2 with GAMIjectors with approximately 320 hours since top overhaul.

The 36 Bonanza was originally designed to compete in the utility market that was dominated by Cessna at the time of introduction, therefore giving it an impressive load hauling capacity. N7525N has a useful load of 1,446 pounds.

I have pasted the spec sheet below and it has Dropbox links to the logbooks and photo gallery. I have also posted some photos as well. Please email or call me any time to discuss this 36 Bonanza. Thank you!

-Kyle

A friend of mine had a 68 Straight 36, and he said if he could fit it he could haul it. That's a testament to the UL of these lighter weight Stretch Debbies. Amazing birds.

Even with a non working autopilot and a run out engine it’s a steal at that price...

My understanding is yes, but it involves getting new rails which didn’t sound hard but I understood could be. I know there’s a topic on it...

I believe the early 68's can NOT be reconfigured for Club seating......check out this thread for reference..... viewtopic.php?f=2&t=112281

Thank you, Todd. For those asking, this is a good thread on the challenges of converting to club seating with a straight 36.

I saw an almost-new G36 for sale here, with four seats facing forward and the back two removed to have a big cargo area. That's a popular configuration and will work perfectly in this 36 model.

The two back seats are "kid seats" for occasional use, like the 3rd row in an SUV. Which works fine in the "all forward" configuration.

I wouldn't lose any sleep over the forward configuration, it's excellent for the way most of the people use the plane, most of the time.

How is the CG for this model when you've got butts in each seat? Does this actually work as a six seater or is it four adults and two 100 pounders in the back sort of deal? Also what sort of performance does the owner get with the plane currently in terms of fuel/speed/max alt/climb/etc?

For CG questions: download the free Bonanza Performance App from POHPerformance (iOS or Android) and plug in the plane's empty weight and CG shown above in the ad.

Makes me wonder if the CG is right on this ad. The arm only goes down to 75 inches on the Bonanza App while its listed as 72.70" here in the ad. Using 75 inches, its a great looking hauler.
